We are currently recruiting for a "CCTV Project Coordinator" for our prestigious end client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for a candidate with a good mix of technical and site activity skills to manage the delivery of various projects including but not limited to our security system project, data center builds and multitude of other strategic initiatives, serving as a communication channel between subcontractors and concerned department.

Job Title: CCTV Project Coordinator

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: 6 months extended contract.

Candidates readily available to join on short notice will be given preference.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising team members and preparing work schedules / project implementation plan.
• You will be tracking and documenting the project progress, monitor the risks, effectiveness, and performance of the project team and proactively facilitate the development of contingency plans and recommended corrective actions as required.
• Review reports on incidents and breaches in order to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate CCTV project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions, establishing comprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team while identifying crucial installation timelines.
• You have a strong project risk management experience. Assessing any discrepancies or potential risks to the project.
• Communicating the project progress status with the Project Manager.
• You lead regular site meetings in an efficient way.
• Action item tracking, issue management and task prioritization.
• Drive the standardization of tools and processes for project delivery.
• You are a road warrior, available to travel 80% of the time and remain on sites.
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve all CCTV related technical issues in construction process prepare an effective schedule and prepare appraisal reports to be submitted to Project Manager.
• Manage and ensure all CCTV materials in compliance with required quality for all projects and prepare reports for all final project turn over and maintain records.
• Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Liaise with the Project Manager / Technical Manager for CCTV system requirements as per the approved documents.
• Coordinate with the subcontractor\'s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• To notify Project Manager of system status.
• To write and report the daily task to management team

To qualify, you must have:

• Min. 4-10+ years of experiences in CCTV System with delivering large projects.
• A bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects.
• Solid understanding of CCTV system development/deployment with best practices.
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner and a self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Working knowledge of product development and site installation practices
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project Professional
