Job Description
We are looking for a
detail-oriented, vigilant, and reliable individual
to join our team as aCCTV Controller & Head Cashier
. This position is critical in ensuring operational integrity, cash handling accuracy, and internal control across our outlets.CCTV Monitoring & Incident Reporting
Monitor live and recorded footage across all outlets to detect irregularities or breaches. Identify operational lapses, theft, misconduct, or safety concerns and escalate them. Prepare and maintain detailed reports with time-stamped footage for management review.
Cash Audit & Control
Conduct random and scheduled cash audits at branches. Review daily cash reports, POS summaries, and physical cash balance. Investigate discrepancies and ensure full compliance with company cash handling policies.
Outlet Visits
Travel between branches regularly to perform on-site checks. Liaise with outlet managers and staff to verify cash and operational procedures.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (retail, F&B preferred)
? Strong observation skills and integrity
? Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting
? Proficiency in CCTV systems, Excel, and audit reporting
? Excellent communication skills in English
? Ability to work independently and travel across outlets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
