Synopsis
To support the delivery of Catering system benefits, operates all system components/modules from data entry and processes for all set-up functions in liaison with respective SME's and to support cost control systems and processes for the ongoing pricing module ensuring compliance with business requirements.
Accountabilities

• Supports all key system users with administration tasks and provides troubleshooting to optimize functionalities and benefits to the business
• Ensure all users maintain translation of EY specifications into the data warehouse system
• Plans and negotiate timelines of initial and subsequent data entry and implementations for all modules are set and maintained through close liaison with the external and internal stakeholders to achieve agreed targets
• Coordinate with the Regional Catering Performance team for ongoing translation of all EY food & Handling pricing specifications into data warehouse system for an accurate disbursement of invoices.
• Track and analyze within databases, impact of changes pertaining to all costs and pricing categories to identify cost changes and trends to ensure catering budgets targets are achieved
• Support internal pricing approval process and documentation for audit purposes and maintain computer based controlling systems to ensure pre-defined budgets are effectively utilized
• Support development and maintenance of the pricing module by ensuring accurate and timely completion of all pricing related data in liaison with regional performance team (all financial data, costs, taxes, rate changes, system thresholds, discounts etc.) including changes and updates
• Identifying opportunities to improve or simplify systems or processes to improve outcomes for Etihad and develop self-audit program ensuring robust financial controls.

Education & Experience

• Diploma/Degree Level Education in accounting, Finance related discipline with knowledge of Catering Systems procedures modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, English as first or second language desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of airline experience with at least 3 years in Airline Catering Operations.
• Basic knowledge of systems training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
