Job Summary: Kelvin Catering Services & Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to oversee catering operations and/or facilities management. The role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining health and safety standards, and coordinating events or daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Catering Services:

• Plan, organize, and execute catering services for events, corporate functions, and other occasions.
• Manage food preparation, presentation, and service while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their catering needs (menus, dietary restrictions, budgets).
• Supervise catering staff, including chefs, servers, and cleaners.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities (e.g., kitchens, dining areas, equipment).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate repairs, cleaning schedules, and waste management.
• Manage contracts with third-party service providers (e.g., security, HVAC, plumbing).

• Maintain excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operations, expenses, and service quality.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Assist in marketing and business development efforts.

• Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and facility maintenance protocols.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (if applicable).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Hygiene, Facility Management) are a plus.
