Job Description

We are looking for a

Catering Operations Manager

with strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills to oversee day-to-day catering activities. The ideal candidate should have a

minimum of 5 years' experience in catering or hospitality operations

within the UAE, possess deep knowledge of food safety regulations, and be capable of managing multiple large-scale catering projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all catering operations for events, corporate functions, daily meal services, and special occasions. Lead and supervise kitchen and service staff to ensure top-quality food, timely service, and client satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, procurement, vendor relations, and cost control. Develop and implement operational procedures and quality standards to maintain service excellence. Ensure compliance with UAE municipality and food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, etc.). Liaise with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure flawless execution. Coordinate logistics for off-site catering, including transportation, equipment setup, and staffing. Monitor staff performance, conduct training, and enforce hygiene and safety protocols. Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs, and suggest improvements. Manage budgets, pricing, and profitability of catering services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Hospitality Management

Business Administration

, or a related field (Catering/Hotel Management preferred). Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in a catering or hospitality operations leadership role. Proven ability to manage large-scale catering events and operations across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of

food safety standards

municipality regulations

. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, handle tight schedules, and multitask. Proficient in MS Office and catering management systems. Fluent in English;

Arabic language
