Job Summary:

O'liv Eatery and Bakery is seeking a dedicated and well-organized Catering Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of catering orders from inception to execution. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure to ensure successful catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

Follow up and manage catering orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all client specifications are met.

Client Engagement:

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations for their catering events.

Preparation:

Prepare setups and mock-ups for events to ensure alignment with client vision.

Tablescaping and Decoration:

Design and execute attractive tablescapes and decor for events, enhancing the overall experience for guests.

Logistics Management:

Create detailed packing lists to ensure all necessary items are included for events, dispatch orders, and coordinate logistics.

Event Setup:

Oversee the setup of banquets, ensuring all areas are organized and visually appealing throughout the event.

Post-Event Duties:

Pack up and leave the venue in an organized manner after the event's conclusion.

Client Management:

Gather and manage client feedback to improve future catering services.

Team Coordination:

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Capability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in tablescaping and decorative skills to create an inviting atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event planning preferred. Knowledge of food service and catering operations is advantageous. Proficiency in planning and time management.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* UAE Driving license (Preferred)
