Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused

Events & Catering Coordinator

to manage and execute catering services and events for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proven experience in the F&B and events industry. This role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and the successful delivery of high-quality events and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee catering services and events from planning to execution. Communicate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and event objectives. Prepare event proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client needs. Liaise with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality food preparation and service. Arrange logistics, including venue setup, equipment, staff scheduling, and transportation. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Manage on-site event operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and issue resolution. Track expenses, control costs, and ensure profitability of events and catering services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Provide post-event feedback and reports to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an

Events Coordinator / Catering Coordinator

in the F&B sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food & beverage operations, catering logistics, and event planning. Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
