Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Catering Coordinator. The Catering Coordinator will play a vital role in organizing and coordinating catering events, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
Plan and coordinate catering events, including menu selection and logistics.
Communicate with kitchen staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Create detailed event proposals and contracts for clients.
Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Oversee set-up, service, and breakdown of catering events.
Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to catering events.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in catering coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and the ability to customize menus for diverse events.
Familiarity with catering software and tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in catering or event planning.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Positive and adaptable attitude in a dynamic catering environment.
