Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Coordinator. The Catering Coordinator will play a key role in planning and coordinating catering events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu selection, logistics, and staffing.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure successful execution of events.
Prepare and present detailed event proposals to clients.
Manage catering budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Handle client inquiries, modifications, and feedback with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each catering event.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in catering coordination or event planning.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and catering industry best practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
Hospitality or culinary arts background is a plus.
