Job Description
NTS Group is working exclusively with a leading global Consumer Company to recruit a Logistics Co-ordinator in Dubai. The Logistics Co-ordinator is responsible for streamlining and efficient process execution of the supply chain with a focus on providing levels of service excellence to customers and countries within the region. They are to be the single point of contact for all customer related issues concerning POS, and related advertising material for the assigned primary countries. To manage daily, the demand to order, and the order to delivery processes for all relevant orders in SAP and TM for finished goods and advertising material, relating to the territories managed.To liaise with partners and colleagues, internally and externally, (3PL providers, quality dept., production dept. etc.) to ensure that service excellence is achieved. Key responsibilities:
- Support the ROMs with weekly checks and maintenance of the demand planning tools for Finished Goods.
- Liaison with customers, partners, and ROM to identify demand volume and orders required.
- Recommending orders from Customers.
- Ensuring credit terms remain compliant, or terms of payment are adhered as per Distribution agreement prior to production and shipment dispatch.
- VISIT/ POSm orders processing.
- Manage orders and shipping in relation to ad hoc orders and items, such as packing materials, labels, sampling & free goods from Central warehouse to the markets within the region.
- Processing of the following in the SAP system; All necessary financial documents, all material/goods movements, regular system health checks, testing requirements.
- Maintenance of all SAP master data either directly or via MDG; Customers and delivery points, material master, vendors, shipping routes, pricing, etc.
- Provision of customer service, reporting and support for related issues in the supply chain.
- Issue all export and import relevant documents for customers and partners.
- Month end.
- In-house system maintenance.
