Job Description

Company camp accommodation will be provided. Experience in Equipment/Facilities Rental company is an added advantage. Freshers are also welcome if confident and bold enough 1. Overall responsibility of the equipment rental Hire desk and arrange the required to support sales and operations team for the achievement of set target. 2. Responsible for generating, tracking and communicating quoting activities for new and existing clients. 3. Support, facilitate and manage cross hiring scenarios by keeping its profitability as per agreed by the senior management. 4. Liaise with other HOD's, Senior Executives and prepare MIS reports/tracker and must prioritize work activities to meet tight deadlines. 5. Should be able to prepare work orders on time and coordinate with the service department for the smooth and on time delivery of machines. 6. Must prepare Off hire notes and coordinatewith concerned departments for timely collection of equipment. 7. Ensure all Gate Pass and permits are followed up from time to time. 8. Responsible for preparing Introduction letters and documents for the new clients and regular follow up. 9. Should analysis and perceive the dormant clients to follow up and activation 10. Should maintain Third Party Certificates and other documents/certificates up-to-date. 11. Must maintain the registration with various companies valid at all times 12. Register our company with various new oilfield companies, power & water, infrastructure and other sectors 13. Must schedule after sales support to sales and service staff to resolve the customer issues 14. Taking care of insurance related works. 15. Should carry out periodic documentations of ISO. 16. Must ensure CNIA Passes related documentation and follow up and confirm the availability of such passes at all times. 17. Ensure customer retention and improve customer satisfaction 18. Lead sales documentation and increase such leads. 19. Manage 'Hire Contract' system to ensure correct generation of invoice 20. Advise and educate customers about equipment operation, care and maintenance. 21. Operational coordination for events to be arranged as per the direction of GM- FR 22. Support for marketing (Brochure, Promotion items, Gifts etc.) allocation and support to sales team. 23. Confirms procedures and documents are complying with certification (ISO/ IMS) requirements, if applicable. 24. Must organize development training in co-ordination with HR Dept. 25. Any other assignments entrusted by the Management from time to time. 26. Liaise and follow instructions for the arrangement of Event activities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
