Our Catering company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for BBQ and grilling, be able to manage a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality food.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
Minimum of three years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position
Experience in Live cooking and Catering
Fluent in English
Skills:
Proficiency in BBQ and grilling techniques
Experience in European and Mediterranean Cuisine
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking meats, poultry, and fish on the grill
Preparing Salads and appetizers
Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Ensuring that the kitchen meets all hygiene and safety standards
Collaborating with the kitchen team to create new dishes and menus
Ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen is of high quality and visually appealing
