Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify the categories to expand in & prioritize the same.
  • Build Supply: Develop supply initiatives in terms of supply marketing, supply acquisition and retention, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to build supply
\xe2\x97\x8f Define the strategic growth plan for the 2W category, owner of the P&L \xe2\x97\x8f Provide inputs on the pricing strategy of the category based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive benchmarking \xe2\x97\x8f Develop supply initiatives in terms of supply marketing, supply acquisition and retention, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to build supply \xe2\x97\x8f Manage & own all aspects for new category launch including GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, pricing, competitive research, internal communication, and field enablement \xe2\x97\x8f Manage a team and ensure target delivery through them Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s from a reputed college/ Full-time MBA from a tier 2 school \xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience in category management/ consulting will be preferred from UAE Mandatory Hindi or Tamil Speaker mandatory pls
  • Must have clear thinking and business rationale for new features & services to bring customers ease-of-use while driving operational excellence in execution
  • An entrepreneurial drive to open up new opportunities
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and get things done
  • Should be comfortable with travelling
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
