Job Location - Dubai
Salary - AED 8,000 - 15,000 Industry -Fresh Food & Beverage Job Responsibilities:

• To drive operations and category performance through detailed analysis of product assortment, pricing change analysis, historical changes and future forecasting and vendor proposals and agreements.

• Create Business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales or of departments in such establishments.

• Lead the Operations and category planning process, highlighting growth opportunities and identifying business targets through category, shopper and market analysis

• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales

• Plan store promotions that feature popular products and ensure that all product lines are adequately stocked and available

• Manage and support distribution channels in fulfilling sales objectives and achieving the best market coverage.

• Review and analyze feedback from stores on suppliers, quality of products, price changes, promotions and plan actions in accordance to optimize sales growth

• Preparation of reports including monthly performance, quarterly and yearly business reviews * * Manage staff and assign duties, plan budgets and authorize expenditures, resolve customer complaints.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or education in Business Management/Marketing or relevant field.

• 8-10 years of total experience with at least 5 years of experience on similar position managing Fruits & Vegetable Category/ Operations in FMCG Retail industry in UAE

• Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for fruits and vegetables.

• Good knowledge of products distributions through various wholesale and retail channels

• Negotiation and Convincing Skills

• Budgeting & Sales Analysis
