Job Description
Job Title: Category Manager (IGCSE) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager (IGCSE) for a leadership role in our educational organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations, business development, management, and implementation of IGCSE curricula for A, AS, and O level programs. The Category Manager will work closely with a team of educators and instructional designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging educational content. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire Operations, Business Development for IGCSE
- Managing the Teachers and Students for IGCSE curricula - A, AS, and O level programs
- Leading the Sales and Business Development activities for the IGCSE curricula
- Managing the complete IGCSE curricula, ensuring alignment with current standards and best practices.
- Provide educational leadership and guidance to the instructional teams, ensuring that curriculum materials are pedagogically sound.
- Oversee and contribute to the creation of curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessment tools, and instructional resources.
- Ensuring the quality of all educational content and assessments are updated
- Meet the monthly target of admissions and facilitate future sales.
- On-time submission of daily and monthly reports.
- Conduct feedback and discussion sessions with parents and students.
- Generating referrals from the students and parents.
- Converting leads into prospective enrolments
- Oversee budget allocation for IGCSE curriculum development, managing resources effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, including IT, marketing to support the successful delivery of IGCSE programs.
- Ensure that all curricula meet the regulatory requirements of IGCSE programs.
- Any other requirements related to, but not limited to, Administration and General Management.
- Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum design and management, with a focus on IGCSE programs.
- Strong understanding of the IGCSE curriculum and its assessment standards.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Ability to adapt to evolving educational needs and standards.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
