Category Manager (Home Cleaning)

inthe

Business Development - UAE

What we expect from you:

Own the commercial performance of the Home Cleaning category, driving revenue, margin, and partner success Analyze booking trends, city-level demand, and repeat behavior to translate insights into clear action plans Negotiate effectively with cleaning service providers to secure competitive pricing, strong SLAs, and conversion-driving promotions Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and high-demand period promos together with the Marketing team Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to optimize pricing, service readiness, and fulfillment efficiency Monitor partner performance and ensure accountability through regular business reviews Forecast demand by area and ensure partner capacity is always aligned with peak traffic Track, measure, and report KPIs, presenting recommendations that support faster and better decision-making Stay updated on local market trends and competitor offerings in the Home Cleaning space to maintain competitiveness and differentiation

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field 5+ years of experience in category management, vendor management, or commercial roles Proven track record managing category performance, pricing, and partner relationships Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and commercial performance analysis Solid negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence partners and internal teams Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance Ownership mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions Experience in home services, on-demand marketplaces, FMCG, or e-commerce environments (nice-to-have)
