We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Category Manager - Ladieswear
to join our team at Mark & Save. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring healthy stock turnover, and managing end-to-end product lifecycle - from buying and import coordination to promotional planning and visual merchandising.Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and gross profit through effective inventory and SKU performance management. Analyze store-wise sales performance, identify slow/fast-moving products, and implement strategies for clearance and promotions. Coordinate with buyers, planners, and regional teams on new product launches, shipment tracking, and import/local buying. Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and execute price change planning to maximize profitability. Support visual merchandising across stores by guiding store teams with display standards. Lead promotional and campaign activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Fashion Management, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
. 5-10 years of experience infashion retail/category management
. Strong knowledge of inventory management, buying, promotions, and product lifecycle. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership qualities with adaptability and customer focus. Age group: 28-40 preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
