Job Title: Cat Care Supervisor (with Barista Training)

Location: Vibrissae Cat Cafe, Dubai

Job Summary:

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals with prior experience in customer service who are eager to learn additional skills. While your official title will be "Receptionist," this role is dynamic and includes customer service, operating our Point of Sale (POS) system, learning to prepare beverages as a barista, and providing top-notch care for our cats. No prior experience is required for barista work or cat care--we'll provide all the training you need!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

Welcome customers warmly and provide information about our cafe, cats, and menu offerings. Handle customer inquiries and reservations both in-person and via phone/email. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
2. POS Operations:

Learn and use our Point of Sale system to process orders and payments efficiently. Ensure accurate handling of transactions and maintain cash register integrity.
3. Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
4. Cat Care:

Provide daily care for the cats, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring their health. Ensure the cat play area is clean, safe, and engaging for both cats and customers. Educate customers about cat etiquette and ensure respectful interaction.
5. General Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, including reception and seating areas. Support other team members in various tasks as needed to create a seamless experience for customers and cats alike.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is required. A genuine love for cats and comfort working with them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. No prior experience in barista or cat care roles--just a passion for the job and readiness to grow with us!

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
