Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on
Bodyshop / Car Care Supervisor
to oversee daily operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the bodyshop and car care teams (PPF & Tinting, Denting painting, detailing, polishing and related services). Allocate work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of repairs and services. Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to meet company standards. Provide leadership, coaching, and training to technicians and detailing staff. Manage workflow, job scheduling, and customer delivery timelines. Maintain inventory of bodyshop materials, car care products, and equipment. Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations. Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an automotive bodyshop or car care environment minimum of 3 Years of Experience preferably in UAE. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred. Strong technical knowledge of body repair, refinishing, and detailing processes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
