Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately take customer orders over the phone
Good Knowledge of POS System
Must Have Experience in Restaurant & Food Beverage
Communicate customer orders clearly to kitchen staff
Double-check orders for accuracy before they are packed for delivery
Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Process customer payments accurately, including cash and electronic payments
Maintain cleanliness in the order processing and packaging area
Maintain a clean cashier area.
Monitor cash-related supplies.
Manage office supplies and inventory
Salary: Depend on Experience
