As the first point of contact for our guests, youll play a critical role in handling payments, maintaining the cash float, and supporting front-of-house operations while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor Handle cash float, petty cash, invoices, and daily sales deposits Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately Accept payments via cash, card, or other digital methods Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change as required Maintain adequate change and ensure cash area is tidy and organized Take phone orders, respond to queries regarding menu and reservations Assist with food delivery to tables and clearing of plates Ensure all areas of the restaurant remain clean and presentable Possess strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients Provide excellent customer service and dining experience Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a

Cashier

in the F&B industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of basic accounting and POS systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
