Overview

Monitor and regularly update key operational reports, including productivity, attendance, terminal closing, and daily front end performance records. Ensure accurate and strict control of till balances and cash handling at all times. Manage and safeguard cash register keys and oversee security measures for sensitive or high value products such as apparel, liquor, and records. Review daily figures to identify discrepancies and support smooth front end operations. Coordinate with store staff to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Job Requirements

Graduate or minimum graduate qualification in Business Administration or a related field, with preference given to graduates. At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail or sales environment. Strong customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Excellent numerical and calculation skills with attention to accuracy.
