Position Overview
This Cash and Trade Product Manager role focuses on identifying, structuring, and delivering Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions across multiple industry segments. The position drives product penetration, supports relationship teams in originating new business, structures complex trade and cash management deals, and ensures strong compliance, digital adoption, and customer experience. It plays a central role in driving CASA growth, winning mandates, and enhancing FAB's competitive position in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, originate, and develop Cash and Trade business opportunities across UAE industries.
  • Jointly drive Cash and Trade product growth with coverage teams by executing strategic calling plans for each target segment.
  • Use a consultative approach to design, structure, and implement innovative cash and trade solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Structure open account solutions including Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Receivables Finance (RF), ensuring high-quality client experience.
  • Lead structuring of complex Trade deals and provide technical expertise to both clients and relationship managers.
  • Develop CASA-driven liquidity and liability solutions while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proactive management of fraud and compliance risks when proposing Cash and Trade solutions.
  • Accelerate digital penetration by onboarding customers onto FAB's digital channels.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management with relationship teams and ensure regular stakeholder updates.
  • Partner with coverage teams to structure Trade facilities, develop strong credit proposals, and manage transactional risks profitably.
  • Safeguard ancillary cash management business to retain and grow FAB's share of wallet.
  • Deliver best-in-class service and support customer engagements across all Cash and Trade opportunities.
  • Liaise with regional and cross-border teams to support network-driven opportunities.
  • Drive customer-led origination by deepening product penetration with existing clients and generating new revenue from NTB clients.
  • Provide technical advisory to coverage teams and coordinate preparation of competitive proposals and RFP responses.
Ideal Profile
  • Strong knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance, SCF, RF, and open account solutions.
  • Proven experience structuring complex cash and trade deals, including bespoke liquidity and working capital solutions.
  • Ability to apply a consultative approach to develop tailored solutions for corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of credit proposals, transactional risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting relationship teams with technical product insights and mandate-winning proposals.
