Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Case Processing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration services, specifically in European w=Work Permits, Visit Visas and Canadian Immigration Programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of immigration regulations, and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and process client cases for European work permits, visit visas, and Canadian immigration programs.

Review and verify documentation to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.

Provide clients with accurate information and guidance on application processes and requirements.

Communicate with clients and immigration authorities to resolve any issues or queries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.

Prepare and submit application packages to relevant authorities.

Track and report on the status of ongoing cases.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration case processing.

In-depth knowledge of European work permits, visit visas, and Canadian immigration programs.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using immigration case management software.
