We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Female Case Processing Officer

specializing in the immigration process to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of immigration programs and will be responsible for consulting potential clients, guiding them through the immigration process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed consultations to clients regarding the Canada immigration process, including Permanent Residency (PR) programs, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Work Permits, and other immigration pathways. Identify client needs, assess eligibility, and recommend the most suitable immigration program. Guide clients through the entire immigration process, from initial consultation to successful visa submission. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage leads effectively, follow up with prospects, and maintain a client database. Provide accurate and timely information to clients about documentation requirements, processing times, and any changes in immigration laws. Liaise with internal legal and processing teams to ensure smooth handling of client files. Attend industry events and seminars to stay informed about immigration trends and generate new leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience in immigration consulting, with a strong focus on the Canada immigration process. Strong sales background with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to explain complex immigration processes in a clear and concise manner. In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration programs such as Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), Work Permits, Study Permits, and Family Sponsorship. Familiarity with immigration documentation and legal requirements for visa applications. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
