Start Date: Immediate Western D.C Services is one of the leading Immigration Consultancy Based In Dubai. We are looking for a dynamic and smart Customer Services Executive Cum Case Processing Officer who can join us immediately. The candidate is responsible for escalating and addressing complaints, issues and queries of clients via email, telephone or website; ensuring close, professional and efficient relation and solutions according to the company standards. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and Ensure continuous follow-ups.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Handling complaints in a proper manner and escalate issues if appropriate to the management for further investigation and review.
  • Monitor changes in various immigration regulations.
  • Informing clients of the progress of their applications.
  • Ensure that client?s applications are timely processed.
  • Completion of application forms & preparation of documents for submission.
Preferred Languages : Hindi, English Experience : Customer Service(1 year) Case Processing(1 year) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
