Job Description

Customer Service Officer - Job description Manage New Orders in Website
  • Check notifications from website for new Orders
  • Update the new Order details in the Sales Sheet
  • Prepare Invoice and Delivery note for courier
  • Inform Courier for pickup
  • Once the order is picked up update the status in Sales Sheet and Inventory Sheet
Refund of Orders
  • Once the refund request is received inform the owner
  • Update the sales sheet and inventory accordingly
Manage Orders to External Stores
  • Based on Manager\'s instruction prepare all the documents required for handing over inventory to shops
Pay By Link Orders
  • Prepare the pay link from website
  • Update the order details in Sales Sheet and Inventory Sheet
  • Follow all steps for processing the new order
Prepare Purchase Orders to Suppliers
  • Prepare the purchase orders to the Suppliers
  • Send the PO to the suppliers
  • Followup with suppliers for timely delivery of the ordered items
  • Update inventory sheet once the orders are received
Manage website contents
  • Upload the product images and description in the website
  • Upload the other sections like Press etc in website as per the instruction from the manager
Check the website backend Information
  • Check on daily basis whether there are any declined transactions
  • Find out the reason for transaction decline and inform the manager immediately
Basic modifications in Artworks
  • Make modifications in art work at a basic level using Adobe tools
Check Website Health
  • Check daily whether there are any downtime for the website
  • Highlight cases which leads to Revenue leakages
  • Provide suggestions to improve processes and sales
Social Media Page Updates
  • Based on Instruction from the owner, update the social media pages.
Customer Service
  • Manage the queries from customers received through website,social media pages and emails
Co-ordinate with External Parties
  • Followup with courier companies for timely delivery
  • Liaise with IT service provider for any website, Email, Social media pages issues
  • Liaise with Company\'s Accountant and accountants of supplier
Admin Jobs
  • Diarise all other renewal dates such as domain,hosting,AMC renewals, Supplier contracts or any other contracts renewaLS
Required Skills
  • Expert in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Basic designing skills
  • Good communication skills in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Experience:
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
