Case Filing Officer - Key Responsibilities
1. Case Preparation & Documentation
Collect, verify, and organize all required client documents before filing.
Ensure all case files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and external requirements.
Prepare and review application forms, supporting documents, and case notes before submission.
2. Data Entry & Record Management
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all case files.
Update the case tracking system regularly with client and case status information.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client information.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and external agencies for missing or updated documents.
Communicate case progress and submission timelines to relevant team members.
Liaise with authorities or partner offices as needed to ensure smooth processing.
4. Case Submission
Submit completed files to the respective departments, embassies, or immigration portals.
Follow up on submitted cases and update status reports accordingly.
Ensure all filings meet the deadlines and procedural standards.
5. Quality Control
Review cases for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Report any discrepancies, errors, or missing information to management immediately.
Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations.
6. Reporting & Follow-up
Prepare regular case status reports for management review.
Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain a filing log and archive completed cases properly.
7. Support & Teamwork
Assist other departments (e.g., documentation, visa, or operations) when needed.
Provide training or guidance to new staff regarding filing procedures.
Contribute to improving case filing systems and workflow efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
