This role involves providing applicants with accurate and up-to-date information on visas, government policies, and application procedures. Ensuring accuracy is essential for facilitating a smooth visa approval process.
Visa Counselor Responsibilities Include:
Advising applicants on the visa application process.
Understanding requirements for different visa categories.
Organizing and managing all relevant documents.
Responding to inquiries and offering support on visa-related matters.
Performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and sorting documents.
Staying informed on current immigration policies.
Maintaining a clear and accurate filing system.
Updating visa records in the system when required.
Ensuring clients comply with the terms and conditions of their visas.
