Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams on multiple project sites.
Plan daily work schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Inspect and monitor carpentry work to ensure quality and compliance.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Provide on-site training, technical guidance, and performance feedback to carpentry staff.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and material usage.
Travel between sites for supervision, inspections, and client meetings.
