? Responsible for handling gypsum partition works, ceiling works, different types of flooring, wall finishes, steel fabrication works, aluminum cladding, wooden door and skirting installation etc.
? Responsible for detailed study of execution drawings and material requisition to be given to the Purchase Department
? To achieve the project time-line, work should be completed with available material and manpower resources and maximum quality
? Delivering proper finish as per Client's satisfaction, without necessary wastage of material.
? Based on the man-task, specific area for the job has to be covered each day.
? Follow proper safety standards as per project requirements.
? Any extended working hours to meet the project timeline has to be carried out as per project.
? Any other work instructed by seniors, has to be attended without any discrimination
? Loading and unloading of materials.
? Cooperate and support the team members with any additional job, day to day cleaning of site and/ or other related work from any other departments.
? Responsible for assisting related works on site including but not limited to tiling and marble (wall & floor), screeding, plastering, block works, waterproofing, lifting and shifting works, etc.
? You may have to perform any / all duties as may be instructed to you by the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
? In addition, you may be required to assist in other trade works such as a helper, lift and shift, etc.
? Be available for any training the company may decide for you.
? Maybe assigned to any of our sites and at any geographical location where the company has work.
Knowledge of door fixing will be an added advantage.
