to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on skills in joinery, carpentry, and site installation, with a proven background in delivering high-quality workmanship for residential, commercial, and retail interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all carpentry tasks including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wood and MDF components.
Execute site installations for doors, cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, counters, and custom joinery items.
Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and site measurements accurately.
Install hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, runners, louvers, etc.
Repair, modify, or replace existing woodwork as required.
Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in excellent condition.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all tasks meet company quality standards and project deadlines.
Follow safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
