Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise carpentry teams handling formwork, shuttering, doors, windows, and finishing
? Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
? Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality
? Ensure accuracy, alignment, and finishing standards are met
? Enforce HSE and PPE compliance on site
? Coordinate with engineers, civil foremen, and site supervisors
? Maintain daily progress reports and workforce records
Experience:
Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Senior Carpenter
Strong knowledge of formwork and finishing carpentry
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Must communicate clearly in English
