Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Carpenter Foreman
to lead our carpentry team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive carpentry experience, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate carpentry workers on site. Review blueprints and plans to ensure accurate execution. Manage work schedules and assign tasks. Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications. Ensure safety protocols are followed on site. Communicate with project managers and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter and foreman. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations.
