Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Carpenter Foreman
with a strong background in building construction to lead a team of carpenters on-site. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality work, and keeping projects on schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a crew of carpenters on building projects Interpret blueprints and plans to guide construction Ensure work meets safety standards and building codes Coordinate materials, tools, and workflow Report progress and issues to the Site Supervisor
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on building construction experience 1-2 years in a foreman or lead carpenter role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read construction drawings
