Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable

Carpenter Foreman

to lead a team of carpenters and ensure the smooth execution of furniture and joinery works in the workshop and on-site. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

:

Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters in the workshop or at project sites Distribute tasks and ensure timely completion of jobs as per quality standards Interpret and explain technical drawings and work specifications to the team Inspect materials, tools, and equipment required for carpentry work Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of joinery elements when required Conduct quality control checks and ensure work meets project specifications Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and other departments Train junior carpenters and enforce company procedures Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the work area

Requirements

:

Minimum 5-7 years of carpentry experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong understanding of joinery and furniture manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings Good communication and leadership skills Familiarity with woodworking tools, machines, and materials Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
