Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of carpentry and joinery teams. Read and interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure precision and quality in all joinery and furniture works. Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products and ensure adherence to luxury standards. Maintain safety standards and oversee proper use of tools and materials. Liaise with project managers, designers, and production supervisors to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman in a luxury joinery or furniture manufacturing company. Strong technical knowledge in high-end joinery, veneering, polishing, and solid wood works. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled carpenters and finishers. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
