Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
Construct, assemble, and install furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, partitions, and other wooden structures.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Use carpentry tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper finishing, sanding, and polishing of all wooden elements.
Lead and manage a team of carpenters and helpers on-site.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications.
Provide guidance, training, and on-the-job support to team members.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other trades for smooth workflow.
Maintain material inventory and report shortages or requirements.
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
