Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the related field.
Supervise and coordinate the carpentry team on oil & gas construction projects.
Ensure all carpentry work complies with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
Interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide the team effectively.
Monitor workflow, delegate tasks, and manage materials for efficient project execution.
Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and enforce safe work practices on site.
