Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of carpenters and helpers.
Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction activities.
Assign work tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.
Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Train and mentor carpenters to improve skills and maintain work efficiency.
Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Order and manage inventory of materials as required for project needs.
Prepare daily or weekly progress reports for management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Carpenter foreman: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:
