Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Carpenter Foreman

with proven

UAE experience in a joinery factory

to supervise and coordinate a team of skilled carpenters and craftsmen. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of joinery works, maintaining high-quality standards, productivity, and safety within the workshop and at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and joinery workers in the production and installation of wooden furniture, doors, cabinets, partitions, and other interior elements. Plan, assign, and monitor daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of production targets and project deadlines. Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists. Ensure materials are used efficiently and production is carried out according to quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with production managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve technical or manpower issues. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality requirements. Train and mentor team members to improve skills and maintain high workmanship standards. Report daily progress, manpower utilization, and material requirements to management. Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance standards within the team.

Requirements:

Minimum

8 years of experience

in joinery and carpentry work, including

at least 5 years in a supervisory/foreman role

in the UAE. Strong background in

joinery production, assembly, and installation

(interior fit-out, furniture, doors, cabinets, etc.). Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with

UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations, and joinery factory procedures

. Ability to manage deadlines, resources, and a multicultural workforce. Diploma or certification in Carpentry / Joinery / Civil / Interior Fit-out is an advantage.
