Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead and supervise a team of carpenters in various construction and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring project quality and safety standards are met, and assisting with hands-on tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of Experience in UAE
Supervise and lead a team of 2-4 carpenters on construction projects
Oversee and guide the construction of framing work
Assign finish carpentry tasks to team members and monitor progress
Perform finish carpentry and other hands-on tasks when necessary
Assist with general construction duties such as hanging drywall or painting ? Ensure full compliance with company safety policies and site regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED (preferred) .
Proven experience in construction and carpentry work .
Strong leadership and supervisory skills .
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good organizational and time management abilities .
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
