We are seeking an experienced and versatile Carpenter to join our fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in
joinery, painting, fine finishing, and general carpentry work
for interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out carpentry work for fit-out projects, including cutting, assembling, and installing wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings.
Perform detailed joinery and fine finishing work to achieve premium quality results.
Prepare surfaces and apply finishes including sanding, staining, varnishing, and painting.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Install doors, cabinetry, panels, and custom items as per project requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project completion.
Adhere to safety standards and meet project deadlines.
Assist in general site preparation, measurements, and adjustments when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Carpenter in fit-out projects, preferably within luxury or high-end interiors.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, carpentry tools, and finishing methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in carpentry and fit-out works.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in bespoke furniture and luxury interior projects.
Knowledge of other fit-out materials such as metal, glass, or decorative finishes.
Understanding of site safety and installation procedures.
