Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Engineer with a fit-out and interior works background to support site execution and coordination activities. The role involves supervision of gypsum, wooden, and interior finishing works, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in site supervision of fit-out works including gypsum partitions, ceilings, wooden joinery, and interior finishes Coordinate with site foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor daily site activities and report progress to the Project Engineer / Project Manager Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Assist in material inspections, measurements, and site documentation Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum

1 year experience

in fit-out / interior works (Gypsum, Wooden, Interior Finishes)

Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory

Basic knowledge of drawings, site coordination, and material specifications Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to travel between multiple project sites
