Job Summary

Elite Icon Building Contracting is hiring a

Fit-Out / Finishing Foreman

to manage interior fit-out and finishing works on site. This role is

not only site supervision

. The foreman must have an

existing network of skilled labor and subcontractors

and be able to

mobilize manpower and subcontract teams quickly

based on project needs.
The candidate must speak

English

and hold a

valid UAE driving license

.

Key Responsibilities

Source, bring, and mobilize skilled labor teams

as per project requirements

Arrange and manage subcontractors

for fit-out and finishing works when needed Supervise and manage all

fit-out and finishing activities

on site Coordinate gypsum, false ceiling, painting, tiling, joinery, and related trades Allocate manpower and subcontract scopes efficiently to meet deadlines Ensure subcontractors and labor follow drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor productivity, workmanship, and site discipline Coordinate materials, manpower, and schedules with company management Report daily site progress, manpower status, and issues Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper work execution Drive between sites and meetings as required
Mandatory Requirements

Proven ability to

bring labor teams

for fit-out and finishing works Proven ability to

source and manage subcontractors

for interior works Strong experience in

gypsum partitions, false ceilings, and fit-out finishes

Good English communication skills

(mandatory)

Valid UAE driving license

(mandatory) Ability to read and understand drawings and site layouts Strong leadership and coordination skills

Immediate or short notice preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
