Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
CargoWise Trainer
to deliver high-quality training and support to internal teams and/or customers on theCargoWise One
platform.The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations, with the ability to translate complex system workflows into practical, easy-to-understand training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
CargoWise One training sessions
(classroom, virtual, and hands-on) for end users Develop and maintaintraining materials
, user guides, SOPs, and process documentation Train users across modules such as: Forwarding (Air, Sea, Road) Customs & Compliance Warehouse Accounting & Finance Supportsystem implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
Assist users withprocess mapping and best-practice workflows
Provide post-training support and address user queries Work closely with operations, IT, and management teams to ensure system adoption Identify training gaps and recommend process improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with
CargoWise One
Solid understanding offreight forwarding and logistics operations
Prior experience as atrainer, super user, or implementation consultant
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
Ability to create structured training documentation and SOPs Comfortable training users with different skill levels Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications
CargoWise
certifications
(Advantage, Professional, or Specialist) Experience withglobal deployments or multi-country implementations
Knowledge ofEDI, customs messaging, and integrations
Experience training finance and compliance teamsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
