Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a proactive and organized

Logistics Executive

to join our growing operations team in

Dubai

. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in logistics coordination and supply chain management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and pays close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to clients and internal departments Liaise with transportation companies, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service efficiency Prepare logistics reports and provide analysis to support decision-making Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
