The ideal candidate should be able to manage timelines, optimize resources, and maintain excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport providers to arrange shipments and schedules Monitor inventory levels, warehouse activities, and stock movement Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments and deliveries Track orders and shipments, providing regular updates to clients and management Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays efficiently Work closely with other departments to streamline operational workflows Maintain cost efficiency while ensuring quality service standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations Strong knowledge of freight handling, warehousing, and transportation processes Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
