Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
? At least 2 years' experience in career counseling
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Culturally responsive and able to work with students from diverse backgrounds
Main Duties:
? Offer personalized career advice and planning support to students
? Help students identify pathways aligned with their goals and interests
? Design and deliver career development workshops and activities
? Work closely with faculty and families to guide student progress
