Design all the support solutions provided to the internal clients, related to SAP HCM / SF modules, participate in new system implementation using consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise and prepare developed system documentation.
Responsibilities:
Design the SAP HR Business Process based on updates and innovative solutions to Improve user experience (UX).
Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure improved utilization of the SAP SF module to drive cost efficiency across Alsayer Holdings Group of Companies.
Provide technical support to the end users for SAP HR Modules covering Success Factors and ECC HCM to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Perform troubleshooting for system errors and recommend technical solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing with users for any changes done by SAP Team.
Design screen layouts and testing scenario for user review in accordance with specification documents.
Coordinate with users to complete data migration, maintenance and data validation post migration tasks.
Review the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients for successful implementation of SAP.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
Monitor the SAP JAM Application troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, monitor system performance.
Provide technical support to ASG internal clients (end users) for SAP HCM FIORI applications.
Develop SAP design and technical specification documents; assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices.
Maintain the Synchronization Integration Automation between systems.
Follow up with the third parties/vendor to provide required solutions for raised tickets with tracking efforts, status and prepare management reports.
Contribute to the Implementation of the SAP HCM advanced modules.
Supervise the user training and testing scenarios on the deployed modules, systems and new IT staff training.
Manage SAP/SF projects to ensure successful completion, implementation and support including the technical user documentation include flowcharts, DFD and ERD with screenshots for applications and modules developed.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor degree or equivalent with 6 years of experience. SAP HCM experience is required. Certification and Licensure:*SAP HCM Certification.
